The next day we hired a boat across to West Thumbi Island to snorkel. It was so packed

with cichlids (tropical fish) that we were forced to spend hours in the water. Even Mom, who has never been a fan of the snoggle and gorkel, couldn't get out of the water. She is starting to become quite the professional. Lunch was a fish braai cooked by Rocky and Charles. the fish favoured the most here is called Kampango (which to Lindseys delite is actually catfish) and was DELICIOUS! The day ended with the feeding of the fish eagles around the island and dad practiced his new found hobby of photography.
